Affiliate Partnerships Admin Assistant

Full Time, working 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week
Location:
Hybrid, working 3 days a week in our offices based in Old Street, London
Affiliate Management and Admin
- Inbox responsibility - manage the affiliate inbox, providing timely, accurate professional responses.
- Send new allowance codes every 3 months to entire roster.
- Affiliate launch send outs.
- Search for and collect Spark Ad codes for Paid Ads.
- Order new onboards product welcome packs weekly.
- Gift KC requested talent.
- Support scouting by researching and pre-qualifying new potential affiliates (based on engagement, content quality, alignment with brand).
- Assist with special campaigns (product launches, brand activations, affiliate specific activations).
- Help coordinate deliverables and deadlines from affiliates.
- Track affiliate participation rates and sales.
- Support in organising affiliate initiatives such as townhalls or events (virtual and in-person).
- Order Partnerships Athlete Birthday flower orders.
Organised and process-oriented
- Basic understanding of content creation, social media metrics, and influencer marketing trends.
- Proactive in keeping workflows tidy (naming conventions, folders, link tracking, affiliate data accuracy).
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Able to communicate clearly when tasks are complete, when issues arise, or difficult problems occur with the wider Affiliate/Partnerships team.
- Confident in representing Oner Active's tone of voice and professionalism in all correspondence (especially for affiliate-facing emails).
- Thrives in fast-moving environments with competing priorities.
- Understands when to elevate issues and when to independently resolve them.
- Basic level of understanding of how to manage relationships with influencers and creators.
- Keeps a cool head under pressure.
- Motivated to develop, sees this as a pathway to grow within influencer marketing, talent relations, or partnerships.
- Open to learning tools, platforms, and systems as the program scales globally.
- Genuinely enjoys connecting with people and representing the brand in a positive light.
- Confident in-person at events, shoots, and community activations - makes affiliates feel seen and valued.
- Spots red flags early (e.g. inactive affiliates, incorrect codes, potential PR issues).
- Takes ownership and communicates solutions rather than problems.
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and managing data accurately.
- Understands the link between clean data, performance tracking, and program efficiency.
