We have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team as an Events Executive. This role supports the planning and delivery of Esri UK's event portfolio, helping to deliver exceptional experiences that engage customers, partners and stakeholders while supporting key business objectives.

Working closely with the Event Manager, you will support the delivery of our three flagship annual conferences alongside a variety of exhibitions, sector events and marketing campaigns throughout the year. • Take ownership of assigned event work streams, ensuring activities are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Coordinate event logistics including venues, suppliers, speakers, exhibitors and delegate communications
  • Support sponsor and exhibitor management, ensuring contractual deliverables are fulfilled
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues to support event promotion, attendee engagement and communications
  • Plan and coordinate Esri UK's presence at external exhibitions, conferences and industry events
  • Manage event administration including project plans, timelines, budgets and purchase orders
  • Provide on‑site event support, helping to ensure a seamless experience for attendees, speakers and partners
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, venues and external partners
  • Support post-event reporting by gathering feedback, analysing results and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute ideas and best practice to continuously improve Esri UK's events programme
  • Support wider marketing initiatives and business priorities where appropriate

This would be a great career move if you:

  • Have experience supporting the planning and delivery of conferences, exhibitions or corporate events
  • Are highly organised and able to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Have excellent communication skills and enjoy building relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and partners
  • Have strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering high‑quality event experiences
  • Are confident coordinating event logistics, suppliers and administration
  • Have experience managing budgets, purchase orders or event expenditure
  • Are proactive, adaptable and able to remain calm under pressure
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team while taking ownership of your own responsibilities
  • Have experience of B2B events, conferences or exhibitions (desirable)

We offer a competitive salary and bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including pension, healthcare and flexible working.

  • 6% company pension
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Enhanced family‑friendly policies
  • Flexible working and support for continual learning and development
