COREcruitment are seeking a CRM & Loyalty Manager for a growing restaurant group. This remote role includes monthly travel to the head office and centers on owning the customer database, segmentation and loyalty initiatives to drive repeat visits.
You will shape the CRM strategy, craft customer journeys across email, SMS and other channels, and partner with marketing, founders and senior leadership to turn data into commercial results and stronger guest engagement.
