We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive the commercial success of GroundIQ®.

• gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to guide product innovation, strategic investments, and market positioning;
• develop go‑to‑market strategies, product launches, and commercial plans that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth;
• define compelling positioning, messaging, value propositions, and pricing strategies that resonate with target audiences and generate demand;
• conduct market research and identify customer needs, translating insights into requirements for Product Managers and development teams;
• create sales enablement materials, marketing campaigns, and content to support lead generation and help commercial teams close more deals;
• translate technical product capabilities into clear commercial messaging for diverse audiences across global markets;
• measure and analyse marketing performance, continuously optimising initiatives and ensuring Sales and Marketing teams have the tools, knowledge, and assets needed for success.

• 5+ years of experience managing product marketing activities across the product lifecycle, including positioning, pricing, and go‑to‑market planning, ideally within a technical or technology‑driven environment;
• proven experience conducting market research, customer analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions;
• strong track record of developing impactful marketing campaigns and creating engaging content across multiple channels and formats;
• solid knowledge of digital marketing disciplines, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and marketing performance analytics;
• experienced with CRM systems and marketing automation tools, using data‑driven insights to optimise customer engagement and marketing effectiveness;
• understand sales processes and commercial strategy and are skilled at aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives and revenue goals.
