This remote position allows for creativity and skill in social media while working closely with the Social Media Manager. You will produce Instagram Reels and other formats that build community and awareness around internet culture. Being a pro at editing and comfortable in front of the camera is essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and publish engaging social media content

• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager for direction

• Translate Mozilla's mission into entertaining formats

• Shoot and edit short-form video content effectively

• Adapt content based on algorithm performance insights

Requirements:

• Strong editing skills for short-form videos

• Familiarity with social media trends and culture

• A proactive approach to content creation

• Ability to engage audiences through social media

• Commitment of 15-20 hours per week
