Marketing Manager; Remote

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing plans, oversee campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, content, events, etc.).
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee content creation, including website updates, blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Track and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs, using data to optimize campaigns and strategy.
• Build and maintain the company’s brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a marketing manager or in a similar marketing role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
• Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, social media platforms).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
