Group Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative, brand-aligned marketing strategies across our portfolio. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, visibility, and revenue through integrated multi-channel campaigns, while ensuring consistent brand standards across all properties.

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns
• Manage brand consistency across all platforms and properties
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content performance
• Lead B2C and B2B campaign execution and reporting
• Coordinate PR, media relations, and communications
• Support hotel teams with aligned marketing initiatives
• Manage budgets and track ROI and performance metrics

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5-8 years' marketing experience (hospitality/travel preferred)
• Strong digital marketing and campaign management experience
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
