The National Trust is seeking a Social Media Officer to manage community engagement, develop audience-focused content, and monitor social media performance. The role is flexible, with evening and weekend duties, and requires collaboration with teams across the charity to deliver on Inspire strategic goals.
You will help shape content strategy using insights, engage with diverse audiences, and respond to reputational risks while working from a hybrid setup with regular travel to offices as needed.
