The Opportunity:

This part-time role will provide communications, digital content, stakeholder coordination and administrative support for the PBIAA on Offshore Wind. Working under the Programme Manager and in close coordination with the Communications and Industry Engagement Coordinator, the postholder will support website updates, newsletters, event notices, stakeholder briefings, communications materials, contact repositories and routine information routing.

Your skills and attributes for success:
  • Experience preparing written communications, digital content, documents or stakeholder-facing materials.
  • Good writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to follow agreed guidance, templates and approval processes.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail, including maintaining contact lists, trackers and engagement records.
  • Experience using standard office and digital tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and shared folders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, manage routine tasks and recognise when issues need to be referred upwards.

This post is part-time (approximately 17.5 hours per week). We are open to considering flexible working patterns. The role is primarily remote/home-based, with occasional in-person attendance for key programme meetings, events and stakeholder activities in Scotland, particularly around the Forth and Tay region and partner institutions. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working on a non-contractual basis where this supports programme delivery.
