Senior Loyalty & CRM Specialist – EMEA

Kontoor Brands, the parent company of Wrangler®, Lee®, and Helly Hansen®, is seeking an experienced specialist to lead loyalty and CRM initiatives across the EMEA region.

The role involves designing, executing, and optimizing loyalty & customer relationship management (CRM) programs that enhance retention, lifetime value, and engagement for Lee® and Wrangler® customers.

• Develop and execute a loyalty program strategy that drives member acquisition, engagement, and advocacy.
• Own the CRM roadmap across digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring seamless integration with eCommerce, retail, and marketing channels.
• Maintain and enhance the Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring accurate data ingestion, governance, and GDPR compliance.
• Segment customers and create data‑driven audience profiles for personalized email, SMS, and omnichannel campaigns.
• Design and oversee automated email journeys (welcome, abandoned cart, win‑back, lifecycle, promotions, and transactional messages). Implement A/B testing and optimize subject lines, content, CTA, send times, and design.
• Develop and manage SMS programs, including transactional updates, promotional offers, and loyalty notifications, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for loyalty and CRM, such as member acquisition, retention rates, engagement metrics, and ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, retail, sales, and customer service teams to align messaging and maximize customer touchpoints.
• Provide guidance on CRM best practices and system utilization across departments.
• Track delivery, open, click‑through, and conversion rates for email and SMS campaigns, using insights to refine future initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, or customer retention within eCommerce or retail environments.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, loyalty programs, and CDPs such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Blue Conic.
• Strong analytical and segmentation skills, translating data into actionable, personalized campaigns.
• Demonstrated project‑management experience leading cross‑functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Fluent in English (written & verbal); proficiency in an additional European language is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team‑building skills.
