Junior Communications & Analyst Relations Manager (Remote, UK)
We are looking for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic communications professional to join a growing team supporting engagement with industry analysts across the technology sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who enjoys writing, storytelling, research, relationship-building and project coordination. You'll work remotely as part of a collaborative team, helping to deliver communications programmes, coordinate meetings and build relationships with industry stakeholders.
Previous analyst relations experience is not essential. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in technology and business.
Key Responsibilities- Draft clear, engaging and professional written communications.
- Help create compelling stories and messaging for a range of audiences.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, briefings and stakeholder engagements.
- Manage calendars and ensure activities are delivered on time.
- Track, organise and maintain records, reports and programme activity.
- Conduct research and gather information to support projects.
- Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support presentations and meetings, confidently engaging with senior professionals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are met.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to tell a clear and engaging story.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confidence communicating with people at all levels.
- Good presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable managing schedules, deadlines and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Interest in technology, business communications or B2B marketing.
- A degree or relevant qualification in communications, marketing, journalism, English, business or a related field.
- Experience gained through internships, placements, voluntary work or entry-level roles.
- Experience creating presentations using PowerPoint.
- A strong writer and natural storyteller.
- Organised, reliable and proactive.
- Curious and eager to learn.
- Comfortable speaking with a wide range of people.
- Professional and confident when representing the team.
- Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Remote role.
- Applicants must be based in the UK.
- Working in London one day a week.
