Remote Social Media Marketing Intern: Influencer Growth

We’re building Icon, an AI-powered fitness platform that helps trainers and athletes scale their coaching worldwide through digital trainer clones.

This is an unpaid remote role for a Social Media Marketing Intern. We’re looking for someone ambitious who wants hands-on experience in creator partnerships, influencer outreach, and start-up growth marketing.

• Students or early-career marketers
• Aspiring talent managers or social media strategists
• Anyone wanting real start-up experience and portfolio results

• Identify athletes and fitness influencers
• Start conversations via Instagram, Tik Tok and email
• Book intro calls for the founder
• Track leads and partnerships
• Help grow the Icon creator network

• Direct mentorship from a funded start-up founder
• Real responsibility (not admin tasks)
• Experience in partnerships & growth strategy

• 1 - 40 hrs/week

• Remote

• Access to a collaborative marketing operation
• Ownership of fitness content pages on social platforms
• Generous performance-based commissions
• Positive references and portfolio growth

• Strong Communication skills, especially in conveying brand voice
• Ability to analyse social media performance metrics and suggest optimizations
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
