Paid Social Media Buyer Remote

We are looking for a Paid Social Media Buyer to plan, build, and optimise campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of campaigns, from setup and launch through to ongoing optimisation, with ownership of performance against key efficiency and growth targets.

This is a hands-on, results-driven role where you will manage advertising budgets, optimise campaign performance, and work closely with creative teams to test and improve creative assets. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of how media buying and creative work together to drive performance.

• Plan, build, and launch paid social campaigns across Meta and other advertising platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimise performance against ROAS, CPA, and efficiency targets.
• Optimise campaigns through audience targeting, bidding strategies, placements, campaign structure, and budget allocation.
• Develop and execute structured creative testing plans in collaboration with creative teams.
• Analyse campaign performance across the marketing funnel and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Produce performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations.
• Scale successful campaigns while identifying and addressing underperforming activity.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, attribution changes, and emerging trends.
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation and updates within the project management system.

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns and advertising budgets, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure, audience targeting, and optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics such as Thumbstop Rate (TSR), ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
• A creative-first mindset with experience collaborating closely with creative teams to improve campaign performance.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies within paid media and digital marketing.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence in making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented.

• Experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Tik Tok, Pinterest, Snapchat, or other emerging paid social channels.
• Familiarity with attribution and analytics platforms such as GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, Supermetrics, or similar tools.
• Experience incorporating AI tools into paid media, creative, or reporting workflows.
• Experience using project management platforms such as Click Up or similar.
• Experience working with DTC (direct-to-consumer) or ecommerce brands.
