Talent Agent​/PR

This full-time Talent Agent/PR role at Folio Management is a hybrid position based in Montreal, QC, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days. The Talent Agent/PR professional will manage a roster of talent, and be responsible for supporting the growth of their brands and careers. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with talents and clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of service throughout every interaction.

The role also involves creating and executing promotional strategies, discovering and signing new talents as well as connecting with PR agencies and industry partners. The Talent Agent/PR will track market trends, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to align talent initiatives with company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Influencer Marketing/PR
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
• Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship-building.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a client-focused environment.
• Knowledge of Social media campaign processes, including identifying opportunities and matching talent to roles or campaigns.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple projects.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Montreal, QC, with the ability to collaborate both in person and remotely.
