Who are we?

My Little Big Web is a web agency with about 20 employees based in Montreal that places workplace well-being at the heart of its development strategy. We offer SEO, online advertising, social media management, and website creation and redesign services (primarily using Word Press).

Job responsibilities:

The Digital and Social Media Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads, as well as managing and moderating clients’ social media accounts. The manager will ensure optimal performance of campaigns and content while contributing to brand visibility and the achievement of established marketing objectives.

Your role, in practice:

  • Design, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on search engines and social media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) for our clients.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to meet conversion and ROI goals.
  • Conduct regular analyses of SEM campaign performance, identifying trends and proposing strategic adjustments.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency between advertising messages and business objectives.
  • Create banner ads.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing, particularly in the field of SEM, and provide strategic recommendations accordingly.
  • Any other related tasks.

Social media management (15%) - depending on our needs

  • Develop a content strategy based on competitor benchmarking for our clients’ social media channels:
    Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Instagram, and Linked In.
  • Create weekly and monthly content calendars.
  • Write posts for various social media platforms.
  • Boost posts through community management to improve performance, with a focus on conversion.
  • Analyze post performance and propose new ideas and formats to optimize them.
  • Manage and moderate social media accounts.
  • Create and work on the various visual materials needed to ensure strong media visibility.
  • Create and manage social media ads.
  • Any other related tasks.

Required qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing successful PPC campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of social media management and/or community management.
  • Proficiency in online advertising management tools, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and visual design tools such as Canva.
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Skills in copywriting and content creation.
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC and SMM strategies and best practices.
  • Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).

We value thoroughness and humility, as well as your ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.

Fluency in written and spoken French is essential. English is a major asset but not required.
