Advantage HQ is seeking a Head of Creative Strategy to own and evolve the creative product across our client portfolio. This is not a traditional creative director role; you are the operator behind a performance creative machine, building frameworks, SOPs, and best practices.
You will lead a team from junior strategists to editors, align talent and paid media, and guide new client launches with measurable impact on ROI.
