Regional Marketing

• Create engaging visual content for various marketing campaigns, including both digital and outdoor advertising materials.
• Develop and refine creative assets for paid advertising across platforms such as Tik Tok, Meta, and Google, utilizing performance data to inform design decisions.
• Design responsive email and push notification templates for customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives, ensuring they function seamlessly across different devices.
• Generate social media content, including static images and video overlays, leveraging templated systems to streamline the production process.
• Incorporate AI-driven design tools into your workflow to enhance efficiency and speed in asset creation.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with campaign objectives and brand identity.
• Conduct A/B testing on various design elements to optimize performance and engagement rates.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of marketing materials.

• Between 1 to 5 years of professional experience in visual or marketing design, showcasing a strong understanding of the field.
• A robust portfolio that highlights your expertise in digital marketing design and showcases your creative capabilities.
• Proficiency in Figma, particularly with features such as auto-layout and component libraries to enhance design efficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with Framer for creating prototypes and web-based marketing pages that are visually appealing and functional.
• Demonstrated ability to create designs that perform well in various marketing channels, focusing on conversion and engagement.
• Regular use of AI design tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, or Canva AI to streamline your design process.

• A degree or diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related discipline that supports your design expertise.
• Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in cryptocurrency or fintech, which would provide valuable insights into our target audience.
• Basic knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or Bahasa Melayu to assist with localization efforts and ensure culturally relevant designs.
