As a Marketing & CRM Coordinator, you will support the marketing team in managing customer data, coordinating digital campaigns, and helping maintain efficient marketing processes. You will work closely with both marketing and sales teams to ensure information is accurate, campaigns are executed successfully, and leads are properly tracked.

This position is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who is interested in marketing operations, CRM systems, and digital marketing technologies in a fast high technology sector.

Responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance and quality of customer and lead data in the CRM system.
• Assist with the creation and distribution of newsletters and email campaigns.
• Help coordinate marketing campaigns and track their performance.
• Support lead management processes and follow-up activities between marketing and sales.
• Assist in preparing reports and marketing performance metrics.
• Contribute to improving data quality and marketing workflows.
• Support administrative and organizational marketing activities as required.

Professional Experience &Requirements:

• Education in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
• Interest in CRM systems, digital marketing, and data management.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Eagerness to learn new software and processes.
• Fluent in German and English;
  German is an advantage.
• First experience through internships, apprenticeships, student projects, or an entry-level position is an advantage.
