About the Role:
As an integral member of the eSentire marketing team, this individual will serve as a Senior Product Marketing Manager for eSentire’s extensive portfolio of cybersecurity products and services. Working cross functionally with Product Management, the Office of the Chief Technology Officer, Global Demand Generation, Sales and the Global Channel Team, this individual's primary responsibilities are:
- Development and execution of go-to-market plans and programs
- Creation of compelling messaging/value propositions
- Creation of enablement assets and tools
- Demonstration of eSentire differentiation/unique value
This individual will need to be comfortable in a fast-moving industry with the ability to pivot based on market shifts and client needs. Cross-collaboration will be critical in this role as requests and priorities can quickly shift with solutions spread across different functional groups within eSentire.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Office of the CTO, Sales team and other cross-functional teams to drive results
- Create Go-To-Market plans, messaging, and positioning
- Develop and execute against the global platform and service launch calendar to bring solutions and programs to market
- Represent and evangelize solutions to prospects and partners
- Produce and oversee creation of marketing materials (assets, tools, competitive, presentations, proposals, solution briefs, playbooks, etc.) that is focused on filling and strengthening gaps within:
- Personas
- Sales Stage (External and Internal)
- Sales Enablement
- Assist in developing and presenting training material
- Ensure solution-related assets and sales tools are kept up-to-date across all repositories
- Respond to related requests as they occur
- Participate in conferences/trade shows
- Measure and analyze launch and marketing programs to incorporate key learnings into future plans (demand generation, content marketing, product roadmap etc.).
- Help influence roadmaps by working closely with Product Management and Office of the CTO
Monitor marketplace and competitive products from a technical and business perspective to determine competitive messaging
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of product marketing experience in B2B, preferably cybersecurity
- Experience with security services/software/technology highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate value prop/messaging to different personas
- Understanding of unique needs/requirements across industries and verticals
- Proven verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to identify weakness and opportunities for content and messaging development against the sales cycle and personas
- The ability to and comfort with leveraging AI for operational enhancements and speed
- Excellent hands-on analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to create programs that generate leads
- Excellent project management as well as interpersonal and organizational skills
- Position may require up to 15% travel
