Over the last 6 years, we've built an incredible, loyal community rooted in warmth, authenticity and strength. Now, we're looking for a visionary Social & Content Lead to lead our content, our social channels, and how Milly Grace shows up in the digital space.

Working directly alongside our Founder, you'll have the creative trust, space, and autonomy to shape how Milly Grace shows up to the world across both organic social and performance creative.

You'll be the heartbeat of our content, conceptualising ideas, capturing authentic moments, bringing our launches to life, continuously learning and raising the bar to see the direct, meaningful impact of your work every single day.

• Shape the Brand Story: Concept, film, edit, and share social-first content across Instagram and Tik Tok that feels engaging, genuine and scroll stopping.
• Drive Performance Creative: Ideate, script, and test new angles, static designs, UGC briefs, and short-form video formats. You'll create high-performing ads that reach hundreds of thousands of women.
• Be Both Behind & In Front of the Camera: Effortlessly shift from directing behind the camera to sharing authentic, behind‑the‑scenes moments, warehouse updates, and founder stories with our community.
• Guide & Collaborate: Brief and manage freelance editors and creators, helping them bring your creative vision to life while maintaining our warm, on‑brand aesthetic.

• A Storyteller at Heart: You have 3+ years of experience creating content for Instagram and Tik Tok, with a natural instinct for what makes people feel connected to a brand.
• A Multitalented Creator: You love the whole process, from coming up with and directing the idea to editing in Cap Cut or Adobe and writing punchy, warm captions.
• Experienced in Performance Creative: You have 1+ years of experience in paid social and performance creative. You understand angles, hooks, statics, and UGC, and you love seeing your creative drive real performance.
• High-Agency: You thrive when given trust and total ownership. You don't sit back and wait for direction; you spot opportunities, test bold ideas, and take pride in owning outcomes.
• Warm & Personable: You naturally embody the welcoming and warm spirit of the Milly Grace brand and love engaging with a community of real women.

• Salary: £42,000 to £50,000 per year (depending on experience).
• True Creative Ownership: The freedom to test your ideas, shape our digital presence, and see your work make a visible, direct impact every single day.
• Holidays: 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
• Hybrid Working: We thrive on the energy of creating together in person, spending 3 days a week at our HQ or on location, with 2 days for deep work flexibility.
• Location: Our Pannal/Harrogate HQ is a 2 minute walk from Pannal Train Station.

This is a hybrid role based at our HQ in Pannal, Harrogate. We are not seeking remote workers, freelancers or agencies.
