Survey Monkey is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing leader to own the strategy and day-to-day operations for how customers experience our platform after sign‑up. You will own the email channel in Iterable, partner with Hub Spot, and drive activation, retention, and expansion across products.
You will coach a team of marketers, set KPIs, and collaborate with Customer Advocacy, Education, Product, Data, Sales, and Customer Success to align programs with business goals and customer outcomes.
