Junior Creative Strategist

• Turning audience insights into clear, testable creative hypotheses
• Shaping creative briefs and copywriting for paid social and cross-channel campaigns
• Analysing performance creative metrics and recommending next steps
• Presenting ideas and results to clients and internal teams
• Leading day-to-day comms on smaller accounts; supporting delivery on larger ones
• Documenting learnings and championing best practices across projects

• Working as a Creative Strategist, Paid Social Executive or in a similar role
• A flair for crafting persuasive ad copy and scripts
• Proficient in working with data and creating reports
• Confident in building and nurturing client relationships
• Ability to organise and prioritise tasks
