We are looking for driven PR Executives who are looking to jumpstart their career in corporate and B2B communications. You are likely working at an agency where you’re ready for more — more direct mentorship, more strategic ownership, and room to grow your agency career without the red tape.
Key Responsibilities:1. Content Development
- Deliver quality mock-ups and first cuts (bylines, email interviews and briefing books)
- Develop compelling media pitches independently
- Make revisions with inputs from colleagues and clients to improve the content
- Pitch and coordinate media interviews (face-to-face, phone or others)
- Work with account team members on interview responses
- Organise and liaise with the media at events or other engagements (e.g. meet & greets, roundtable)
- Proactively build/cultivate ongoing relationships with relevant media to secure coverage for clients
- Liaise with clients on day-to-day account deliverables
- Provide reports and update clients via email and answer client queries independently
- Account reporting on daily, weekly, or monthly basis as needed
- General coordination and support on account deliverables/activities
- Maintain relevant media lists for clients
- Support on new business development through research and participate in brainstorms for creative ideas to share with clients

- Ability to juggle multiple and changing priorities
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- 1 to 4 years of PR agency experience, with a focus on corporate, B2B, enterprise tech, or financial services. For fresh graduates, candidates with past PR agency internship experience(s) are preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge and practice of media relations
- Working knowledge of social media platforms (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.)
- Love for dogs. (Yes, really. Bandit — our furry colleague and resident morale booster — will nudge you for treats at tea-time).
- Bilingual capabilities in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus
