Role Description The Creative Associate is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The role involves developing and executing creative concepts that showcase TRIFECTA’s surf, snow, and skate experiences across digital, social, and on-ground channels. Own the creative execution for TRIFECTA’s portfolio, including the destination brand, lounge, retail and partnership initiatives. Working closely with the Business team, this role develops campaigns, event branding, venue communications and commercial collateral that strengthen the TRIFECTA destination, support business partnerships and enhance the overall guest experience.
Day-to-day tasks include creating visual assets, supporting graphic design for campaigns and events, and contributing to destination and lifestyle branding materials. The Creative Associate will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and community teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling, plan content calendars, and support promotional activities. The role also includes participating in on-site shoots, capturing lifestyle moments, and adapting creative work based on feedback and performance insights.
ResponsibilitiesCreative Execution
- Design creative assets for destination campaigns, events, partnerships, retail and lounge initiatives.
- Produce venue graphics, event branding, partnership collateral, menus, signage and promotional materials.
- Support the launch of new experiences and lifestyle offerings with strong creative execution.
- Plan, shoot and edit photo and video content across events, community activations, venue experiences and lifestyle campaigns.
- Capture the energy of TRIFECTA as a destination through engaging visual storytelling.
- Produce content for social media, website, partnerships and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the Destination Business Lead, Events, Partnerships, Retail and Lounge teams.
- Understand the commercial objectives of each initiative and translate them into effective creative solutions.
- Identify opportunities to elevate the overall guest experience through design and storytelling.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across different business units.
- Coordinate with suppliers, printers, production vendors and external creatives where required.
- Maintain organised project files and reusable creative assets.
- Minimum 3 years of Design Work Experience
- Experience in shooting and editing BOTH photos and videos
- Minimum 18 years old
- Excellent command in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in all Adobe Systems (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Preferably adapt in Sketch Up Viewer
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills for clear storytelling, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and effective presentation of creative ideas.
- Candidates should possess graphics and graphic design skills to create visual assets, social media content, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Candidates should possess creativity skills and branding expertise to develop distinctive destination and lifestyle concepts that strengthen TRIFECTA’s identity.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial, along with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a hybrid work arrangement in Singapore is important; interest in surf, snow, skate, or lifestyle culture is a plus.
