We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Specialist to join our CX & Brand Marketing team and support the development of engaging digital experiences that strengthen Kia's brand presence in the Italian market.

Reporting to the Brand Experience Manager, you will support the execution of Kia's social and digital communication strategy, helping to create engaging content, amplify brand experiences, and enhance the visibility of strategic partnerships and events.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and European teams, you will contribute to building meaningful customer connections through innovative, data-driven, and customer-centric digital activities.

What you'll do:
Social Media Management

Manage the day-to-day execution of Kia's social media channels.

Coordinate content planning, publishing, and monitoring activities.

Collaborate with creative and media agencies to develop engaging content.

Monitor and optimise social performance, engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.

Ensure consistency of tone of voice and alignment with Kia brand guidelines.

Content Creation & Localisation

Adapt and localise global marketing assets for the Italian market.

Create digital content, copy, storytelling concepts, and creative briefs.

Ensure compliance with local communication requirements and brand standards.

Collaborate with European teams to maintain alignment across campaigns and initiatives.

Event & Partnership Activation

Support the visibility of events and strategic partnership activities.

Coordinate content production before, during, and after live experiences.

Work closely with partners, suppliers, agencies, and dealers.

Contribute to digital amplification and post-event storytelling initiatives.

Campaign & Performance Support

Monitor key digital and social media KPIs.

Support the development of editorial calendars and integrated campaigns.

Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Identify new content opportunities and process improvements

Your Talents

University degree in Marketing, Communication, PR, Journalism or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or related areas.

Passion for digital communication and social media.

Excellent content creation and storytelling skills.

Strong organisational and project management capabilities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.

Proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Compensation Transparency
For this position, Kia Italia offers a hiring salary range of €31.860 - €35.400 per year, representing the typical hiring range (ca. 90%–100% of the internal salary band) for a full-time equivalent. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications and experience, in line with equal pay principles.
