Diaspora Insurance seeks a Marketing / Digital Growth lead to own the website as a growth channel, driving SEO, CRO, landing pages, analytics, portal conversion and AI visibility to convert web traffic into online policies.
With a target of about 4,000 policies in 10 months, you will develop country pages for Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya, implement tracking, CRO tests and revenue-friendly journeys, and coordinate with IT, content and partners to deliver measurable growth.
