Strategic Affiliate Manager - Remote

Join Rush Street Interactive as a Strategic Affiliate Manager, leading the optimization of affiliate marketing programs. This remote role focuses on partner acquisition and performance analysis.

In this position, you will spearhead the growth of RSI's affiliate marketing initiatives across various platforms, including  and  Your expertise in strategy, communications, and analytics will be pivotal in recruiting top affiliates and achieving campaign targets. Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment with broader business objectives and drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize affiliate marketing strategies for multiple brands

• Identify and onboard key high-performing affiliates

• Negotiate effective commission and CPA structures

• Collaborate with teams to deliver tracking and reporting solutions

• Analyze partner performance and refine acquisition methods

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in affiliate marketing

• Proficiency with analytical tools and BI systems

• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

• Ability to travel occasionally for events
