Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by supporting the planning, coordination and rollout of media campaigns across EMEA. As Brand Media Coordinator, you'll work closely with marketing teams, agencies, and creative partners to plan, execute, and optimise integrated media strategies that drive measurable results and maintain the highest standards of brand excellence.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of upper- and mid-funnel media campaigns across multiple channels throughout the EMEA region.
• Act as the day-to-day contact for category marketing teams, helping deliver media plans aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Review campaign briefs and translate them into effective media plans with clear KPIs, benchmarks and measurable objectives.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, stakeholder alignment, approvals, asset delivery, launch requirements and reporting schedules.
• Work collaboratively with media agencies, platform partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely campaign delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimisation.
• Support campaign governance by tracking budgets, maintaining spend records, reviewing creative assets and ensuring brand, platform and localisation requirements are met.

You have the following skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, media, campaign management, agency account management, or a similar role.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional European language skills considered a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality, accuracy and brand consistency.
