Group Content Creator

Muddy Boots Nurseries are looking for a creative, energetic and driven Content Creator to join our growing nursery group.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being busy, meeting people, creating great content and getting things done.

Our ambition is to create the most sought-after nurseries in Yorkshire, and you’ll play an important role in bringing the Muddy Boots brand to life, showcasing our nurseries and helping drive enquiries, tour bookings and growth.

• You’ll work across our nursery settings, creating engaging content for social media, our website and marketing campaigns.
• You’ll be responsible for:
• Creating engaging photo, video and written content for Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and our website.
• Planning, filming and editing reels, stories and short-form video
• Capturing authentic day-to-day life across our nurseries
• Working confidently with children and team members to create great content.
• Coming up with new ideas, campaigns and creative concepts
• Supporting content that generates enquiries and nursery show rounds / bookings
• Keeping up with social media trends and finding ways to use them for Muddy Boots
• Managing content calendars and scheduling tools
• Monitoring Google Analytics / GA4, social media insights and website performance
• Gathering and analysing content and website data
• Producing clear, regular reports on content performance and making recommendations for improvement
• Adapting content and priorities in line with business needs, opportunities and growth objectives

• 25 hours per week, across 5 days
• Flexible working (Tadcaster central office & visits to nursery sites + home working)
• Pay up to £16.00 per hour (21yrs+).
