Social Media Designer

Since our beginnings in 2021, Sales Captain has grown into a global force, working with fast-growing B2B brands, YC & Techstars startups, and Series B&C companies, helping them go to market using a predictable process.

We’re looking for an in-house Social Media Designer focused primarily on Linked In, X and You Tube.

This is not a content strategy or copywriting role. Your focus will be purely on designing high-quality visual assets that grab attention and building a scalable design system that our team can use across social channels. The competition in our industry is high and something you should definitely consider.

Requirements

• Design visual assets primarily for Linked In, X and You Tube
• Create Linked In carousels, infographics, charts, diagrams and branded graphics
• Design You Tube thumbnails and supporting channel visuals
• Review data and come up with insights on what works
• Turn briefs, ideas, data and existing content into polished visual assets
• Build and maintain a consistent social media design system
• Create reusable templates and components for recurring creative needs
• Support internal team members with design requests
• Ensure all social assets follow a strong and recognisable visual identity
• Continuously improve the quality and consistency of our social presence

• 2+ years of professional experience in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a similar role
• Strong experience designing content specifically for social media
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple design requests. within a day
• Strong experience creating infographics and visualizing information
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy and visual storytelling
• Experience creating design systems and reusable templates
• Strong Figma skills
• Ability to work quickly from a clear brief
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Experience working with B2B, Tech, SaaS, or Marketing Agency clients is an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills
