We are a marketing agency specialising in the hospitality sector, working with a portfolio of clients including hotels, restaurants, bars, event venues, and leisure operators. We're looking for a creative and organised Social Media Assistant   Content Creator to join our team and help bring our clients' brands to life across social platforms.

This is a hands-on role that blends creative content production with community management and performance reporting — ideal for someone who loves food and hospitality, and knows how to translate that passion into compelling digital content.

25 hours per week flexible hours Monday - Saturday MUST be a resident of Staffordshire

• Content Creation Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video and photography for IG, Tik Tok & Facebook
• Write engaging captions, stories, and posts tailored to each client's brand audience
• Design static and animated graphics using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Produce monthly content calendars aligned to seasonal promotions, events, and campaigns
• Schedule and publish content across multiple client accounts
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and in-brand
• Identify and engage with relevant influencers and user-generated content
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and compile monthly reports for clients
• Stay current with trends in social media and the hospitality industry
• Attend client briefings, site visits, and events (including evenings/weekends where required) to capture content
• Build strong relationships with client teams and act as a trusted day-to-day contact on social matters

• 1–2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation
• Strong photography and short-form video skills for Instagram Reels and Tik Tok
• Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
• Basic Adobe Premiere, Cap Cut, or similar video editing experience

• Experience working with hospitality brands or in an agency environment
