Senior CRM and Content Executive, 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

The Senior CRM & Content Executive will play a key role in driving growth for our flagship platform Freely, the UK’s brand-new way to stream free TV. The role also contributes to the editorial content service on Freeview and Freesat.

Reporting to the Head of Digital & Portfolio Customer Engagement
, this is a cross‑functional position working with internal Marketing teams and collaborating daily with major broadcast partners including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch and optimise CRM email campaigns and other customer‑facing content.
Create and curate editorial content for the Freely editorial feed and partner platforms.
Analyse performance data (Google Analytics 4, CRM analytics) to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with creative teams on copy, design and video production (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).

Qualifications

Proven experience in a content‑led marketing role (agency or B2C) with a strong copywriting background.
Knowledge of customer lifecycle journeys and test‑and‑learn approaches.
Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop and experience using a CMS (Drupal desirable).
Experience analysing and reporting on email, website and content performance (Google Analytics 4 or similar).
Background in the television, entertainment or media sector is highly desirable.
