About the Role
Our client is searching for a creative and strategic Remote Social Media Manager to lead their online community engagement and brand presence. This fully remote position is crucial for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all relevant platforms. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing online conversations, and analyzing performance to ensure maximum impact.

- Develop, implement, and manage the organization's social media strategy across platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and Tik Tok.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content (text, image, video) that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer inquiries, and relevant conversations, responding promptly and professionally.
- Build and foster online communities, driving engagement and encouraging user-generated content.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data, providing regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and emerging platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creative copywriting and content creation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Experience with in the media industry is highly desirable.
