The Institute of Business Ethics (IBE) is an independent charity which helps organisations strengthen integrity and business ethics by improving leadership, governance, decision‑making and culture. We bring together those leading ethics, governance, culture, legal and compliance programmes, alongside boards, CEOs and senior leaders, to benchmark approaches, learn from one another and explore emerging challenges. Through our peer‑to‑peer networks, events, research partnerships and advisory work, we identify what works in practice and turn those insights into practical guidance, leadership development and advisory support for organisations.
