• Develop and execute innovative trade marketing strategies and promotional plans tailored to specific retail channels and target consumers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in securing optimal shelf space, product visibility, and promotional participation.
• Design and implement effective in-store marketing materials, point-of-sale displays, and merchandising solutions.
• Analyze trade performance data, market insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize strategies.
• Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on all initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners, understanding their needs and developing mutually beneficial marketing programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in trade marketing or a similar role within the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful in-store promotions and merchandising programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Excellent understanding of the South African retail landscape and shopper behavior.
• Strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
