About the Role

This role is dedicated to fostering and growing our client's online community, driving engagement, and building brand loyalty through strategic communication and interaction. You will be the voice of the brand in various online forums, social media groups, and community platforms, creating a positive and supportive environment for users.

- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the online community across relevant platforms.

- Proven experience in community management, social media marketing, or a related customer-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and engaging tone.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics.
- Ability to create engaging content (text, images, short videos).
- Experience with community management tools and analytics is a plus.
