About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and experimental E-commerce Growth Hacker to identify and implement rapid growth strategies across all facets of their online business. You will be responsible for designing, testing, and iterating on growth experiments across marketing, product, and sales funnels.

• Identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities across the e-commerce funnel, from acquisition to retention.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize conversion rates, user experience, and marketing campaign performance.
• Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track key growth metrics, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
• Stay abreast of emerging growth hacking techniques, digital marketing trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to implement growth initiatives.

• Proven experience in a growth marketing, growth hacking, or performance marketing role, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
• Proficiency with A/B testing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing automation software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
