E-commerce Marketing Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical E-commerce Marketing Analyst to join their fully remote team. This role is critical for diving deep into performance data to provide actionable insights that optimize marketing strategies and drive business growth. You will be responsible for tracking key metrics, analyzing campaign effectiveness, identifying trends, and generating reports that inform decision-making across the marketing department.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of various e-commerce marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media, etc.).
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the data and provide actionable recommendations for marketing optimization.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and website changes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and provide data-driven support for strategy development.
• Stay updated on the latest analytics tools and techniques relevant to e-commerce marketing.

• Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on e-commerce.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent understanding of e-commerce metrics, digital marketing channels, and customer behavior.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
