About the Role

Our client is looking for a driven and analytical E-commerce Marketing Specialist to join their remote team and play a key role in driving online sales and customer engagement. • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and search engines (Google Ads).

• Analyze campaign performance data, website analytics, and sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer retention.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce, social media advertising, and SEM/SEO.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
