About the Role
Our client is looking for a motivated and skilled E-commerce Marketing Specialist to drive online sales and brand visibility from Sandton . This role focuses on developing and executing strategies to optimize the online customer journey, from attracting traffic to converting visitors into loyal customers. You will manage campaigns across paid search, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate programs, all aimed at enhancing e-commerce performance.

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns , including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing for maximum effectiveness.
- Analyze website and campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand strategy and SEO best practices.
- Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners and influencers.
- Continuously research and implement new strategies to improve e-commerce conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
- Proven experience in e-commerce marketing or digital marketing with a focus on online sales.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising , and email marketing automation.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and experience with e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
