• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, and Tik Tok.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content (text, images, video) tailored to each platform and audience.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement; respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media activities align with broader marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.
• Stay informed about the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends to keep our strategies fresh and effective.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience managing social media accounts and campaigns for a brand or organization.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual content creation skills.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model, effectively collaborating both in-person and remotely from Mossel Bay.
