• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram , Facebook , Twitter, Pinterest) that aligns with our e-commerce brand voice and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, relevant conversations, and user-generated content opportunities.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns designed to drive website traffic and sales.
• Track social media performance metrics and contribute to regular reporting on key engagement and reach indicators.
• Collaborate remotely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and support promotional activities.

• Previous experience in social media management or coordination, preferably within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
• Proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English.
