• Develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
• Manage the end-to-end process of email creation, from copywriting and design to segmentation and deployment.
• Monitor email campaign performance, analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), and provide insights for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create visually appealing and engaging email content.
• Segment email lists and personalize campaigns to improve relevance and engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing with a focus on email.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hub Spot, Send Grid).
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and automation.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
