MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Rose Beauty Bar is looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Executive who enjoys social media, content creation and trying new ways to grow a brand. This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and does not mind doing both creative and execution work.
Content CreationPlan, film and edit short-form content for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels and other social media platforms. Create engaging content that fits current trends while maintaining the company’s branding.
Social Media ManagementManage content calendars, captions, postings and basic community engagement. Keep up with new social media trends, platform features and content formats.
Paid AdvertisingSet up, manage and monitor paid advertisements across platforms such as Meta, Instagram and Tik Tok. Review campaign performance and make basic optimisations where required.
Artwork & Listing DesignCreate promotional artworks, service listings, e-commerce visuals, campaign materials and social media graphics using Canva or similar design tools.
Campaign & Livestream SupportSupport livestream campaigns, outlet launches, seasonal promotions and other marketing initiatives. Work together with the operations and livestream teams to execute campaigns.
Digital & AI ToolsUse AI and other digital tools to assist with content ideas, copywriting, research, editing and marketing planning. We are constantly exploring new tools and ways to improve how we work.
RequirementsRelevant experience in social media marketing, content creation or digital marketing.
Able to film and edit short-form videos independently.
Familiar with Tik Tok, Instagram and Meta platforms.
Good awareness of current social media trends and digital tools.
Basic knowledge of paid advertising and campaign management is preferred.
Comfortable creating marketing artworks and promotional materials.
Portfolio or examples of previous content, video editing, design or marketing work must be provided during application.

No minimum educational qualification required. We place greater emphasis on discipline, responsibility, creativity, work attitude and willingness to learn and contribute.
Mon to Fri 11am – 7pm. Work From Home Thurs, Friday & Saturday (Half Day). In house for 3 days (Mon to Wed).
