We’re looking for a creative and social-savvy Social & Content Executive to join Tweezerman UK and help bring our portfolio of beauty brands to life across social media.
This is a genuinely hands–on content role. You’ll be filming, editing, posting and engaging with our communities every day, turning the wider social strategy into engaging, on–brand content.
Working closely with the Social & Content Lead, you’ll have plenty of direction but also real ownership of how our brands show up day–to–day. We’re looking for someone who naturally keeps up with social trends, understands what works on different platforms and isn’t afraid to get behind – or in front of – the camera.
The Role Content Creation- Filming and editing engaging, platform–first content across Tik Tok, Instagram and other key social channels.
- Spotting emerging trends and quickly turning them into relevant content opportunities for our brands.
- Creating short–form video and social–first content that feels authentic to each platform.
- Working within content pillars and campaign briefs set by the Social & Content Lead and wider Brand team.
- Confidently appearing on camera where appropriate, as well as directing others to create UGC–style content.
- Bringing your own ideas and creativity to help keep our content fresh and engaging.
- Own the day–to–day social content calendar across multiple brands.
- Schedule and publish content across our social channels.
- Ensure captions, tags and content are accurate, engaging and consistently delivered to a high standard.
- Keep activity organised across a busy multi–brand content schedule.
- Manage first–line community engagement across our social channels.
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages using the appropriate brand tone of voice.
- Proactively engage with relevant conversations, trends and opportunities.
- Identify and elevate any reputational, customer or operational issues to the Social & Content Lead when required.
- Compile social channel performance data and support monthly reporting.
- Monitor how content is performing and identify emerging trends and patterns.
- Flag high–performing content and opportunities that we can build on.
- Use platform insights to help inform future content decisions.
You’ll probably already be working within social media or content and be looking for a role where you can have greater creative input and ownership.
We’re ideally looking for:
- 1–3 years’ experience creating content for social media, ideally within an in–house team, agency or consumer brand.
- Confidence filming and editing short–form video using tools such as Cap Cut, native platform tools, Adobe Premiere/Rush or similar.
- A strong and current understanding of Tik Tok and Instagram trends, formats and platform–native content.
- Good copywriting skills and an understanding of different brand tones of voice.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy content and publishing calendar across multiple brands.
- Previous community management experience.
- Confidence being on camera and/or directing others to create UGC–style content.
- Basic reporting and analytics skills, with the ability to understand and pull together platform insights.
- A genuine interest in beauty, social media and digital culture.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social media – someone who spots trends, has ideas and enjoys turning those ideas into content rather than simply scheduling posts.
