In this role you synthesize data from external- and internal sources and translate findings into clear recommendations that help Patagonia make data-informed choices that strengthen the brand’s connection with its communities and markets.

You closely collaborate with the EMEA marketplace, marketing & impact and CRM team to define and shape customer and market analytics priorities, as well as own the execution of delivering these insights.

Main tasks
  • Insights Project Delivery:
Manage and execute insights projects from start to finish, prioritizing initiatives based on business needs. Ensure timely delivery of analysis that informs decisions on customer engagement, market sizing, pricing, brand health, and marketplace opportunities.
  • Customer Analytics and CRM Insights:
Analyze customer and CRM data to identify opportunities across acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifecycle management. Translate findings into actionable recommendations that strengthen customer relationships and improve marketplace performance.
  • Market Intelligence and Research:
Develop and apply market intelligence, research inputs, and external benchmarks to assess market dynamics, pricing, consumer behavior, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities relevant to Patagonia EMEA.
  • NA and EMEA Insights

    Collaboration:

Work closely with NAM Insights counterparts to leverage proven methodologies, tools, and outputs for EMEA, while contributing EMEA-specific findings and priorities to inform global insights direction.
  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Partnership:
Partner with Marketplace, Marketing & Impact, CRM, Product, and other internal stakeholders to define research questions, align analytical priorities, and embed insights into business decisions.
  • Reporting, Visualization, and Enablement:
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate insights in a clear and digestible format for different audiences. Guide teams on how to interpret and apply insights so they lead to meaningful, data-informed actions.
What we’re looking for
  • An inclusive mindset.
  • 5 years of experience in customer analytics and insights using both internal data and working with external vendors.
  • Good understanding of customer analytics, CRM, and insights generation to synthesize customer, behavioral, and marketplace data into actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
  • Full understanding of business intelligence and visualization tools (like Power BI, dbt, Snowflake) to create clear, impactful reports and dashboards that communicate complex insights effectively.
  • Full understanding of market intelligence and research techniques to interpret consumer behavior, market sizing, competitor context, pricing, and brand health indicators that inform engagement and growth strategies.
  • Full understanding of stakeholder communication and data storytelling to present insights in a compelling way that influences decisions and aligns with organizational priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret trends, identify anomalies, and provide evidence-based recommendations that inform decisions across multiple business functions.
  • Good understanding of cross-regional collaboration and project coordination to work effectively with NAM Insights counterparts, manage timelines, prioritize requests, and deliver insight solutions within agreed frameworks.
  • A love of the outdoors.
  • An interest in saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your work.
