Back Market is a global marketplace for refurbished devices that helps make technology reliable, affordable, and better than new while reducing environmental impact.

• Build differentiated positioning and messaging based on customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends
• Design and orchestrate go-to-market strategies with Product and Marketing Ops to maximize launch impact and drive lasting adoption
• Craft product narratives with Brand and PR that connect customer pain points to provided solutions throughout the year
• Partner with Product Managers to influence roadmaps, close product gaps, and identify innovation opportunities
• Ensure every customer touchpoint from pre-purchase to post-purchase aligns with positioning, messaging, and brand guidelines
• Track launch performance end-to-end and use Data team tools to analyze results and define next steps

• Proven product marketing experience, including launching B2C products to market
• Exceptional writing and communication skills in English
• Customer-first mindset
• Comfort with data and metrics and the ability to use numbers for storytelling and decision-making
• Track record of building trust and collaborating across functions at pace
• Ability to manage multiple projects with confident prioritization
• Ability to distill complexity into clarity for internal and external audiences
• Nice to have:
  Experience with Figma or Amplitude, fluency in another language spoken in one of the company’s markets, strong awareness of culture and current events
