Digital Marketing Specialist - Performance Marketing

About the Role

Our client is looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on Performance Marketing to join their team in Pretoria . This role is instrumental in driving measurable results through paid acquisition channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search, social, and display advertising campaigns to achieve key performance indicators such as customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Plan, execute, and manage paid search (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In.
• Optimize campaign performance by continuously testing ad copy, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Monitor campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend to achieve desired KPIs.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad assets and landing pages.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid search, and paid social.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and landing page optimization.
• Excellent understanding of key performance marketing metrics and their impact on business objectives.
