Building and sustaining community relationships is central to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Moderate forum discussions, social media channels, and member-generated content to maintain a respectful and constructive environment.
Develop and implement engagement strategies to grow active participation and user retention within the community.
Respond to member inquiries, feedback, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with broader business objectives.
Monitor platform metrics and community health indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills &
