Would you like to be part of a dynamic, award-winning, local charity that helps communities to thrive?
We’re looking for a creative, organised and digitally confident Communications Officer to join our central Communications Team.
This is a varied role supporting Support Staffordshire’s digital communications across social media, websites, newsletters, campaigns and events. You’ll help create engaging content, manage and grow our digital channels, monitor performance and ensure our communications are clear, accessible and consistent with our brand.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, including our Communications Manager and Graphic Designer, you’ll also help oversee Canva, maintain brand templates and support the effective use of AI tools within our communications work.
You’ll be someone who enjoys turning ideas and information into engaging digital content, is comfortable managing multiple channels and priorities, and understands how strong communications can help raise awareness, strengthen engagement and support organisational goals.
